Cherukuri Nagendra Babu has done his Masters in Computer Applications and brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the oil industry, specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality edible and pooja oils.
He founded CND Industries in 2019 with a clear vision — to offer health-conscious consumers premium, natural oil options without compromise. Deeply passionate about sustainability and nutrition, he believes that quality ingredients make all the difference in cooking, and in the way families care for one another.

Karanja oil is pressed from the seeds of the Pongam tree. It is often referred to as a cousin of neem due to its similar therapeutic properties and ayurvedic benefits. The Karanja tree (Pongamia glabra syn. Pongamia pinnata) is found throughout India and has been used for over a thousand years for its medicinal properties.
Karanja oil is widely used as a pesticide — foliage sprays are effective against a host of pests, and field trials with neem oil mixtures have shown excellent results against pests and even viruses. It is also highly demanded in the market for its extremely versatile nature as a moisturising ingredient in beauty products.
